Allen R. Starrett

Allen focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and business law. He founded Allen R. Starrett, PLLC to work closely with individuals, families, and business owners in Ballantyne and the greater Charlotte area. He has a passion for helping people and serving the community.

After meeting in Chapel Hill in 2002, Allen married his wife, Hillary, in August 2004. Hillary also serves as the firm's Client Services Director. Allen and Hillary's daughter, Madelyn, was born on Valentine's Day 2009. The fourth member of the family is a young-at-heart golden retriever. They live in Ballantyne.

In his free time, Allen enjoys traveling, cooking, photography, and rooting for the UNC men's basketball team. He and his family attend Transformation Church.
